Registration Regulation:

To provide a greater opportunity for more people to present at the conference, each accepted paper with multiple co-authors must be presented by a different participant. However, co-authors are allowed to be listed on multiple papers.

For inclusion in the ASDM 2026 Proceedings and Publication, each submission must have at least one registered participant.

Note: If paying by bank wire transfer or official bank check, please contact the conference administrator at: registration@asdmhub.org to request participant registration form for payment by bank wire or certified U.S. check. Once the form is completed, please send the bank wire transfer confirmation or mail your check which is drawn on U.S. banks only, to the conference administrator at the address provided to you. Please make your official bank check payable to: ASDM HUB 2026 Conference

Participant Registration:

The Conference registration fee includes:

Access to All Open Technical Sessions (e.g., Parallel Paper Presentations)
Entry to the Exhibition and Poster Session Area
Full Access to Conference Proceedings
Digital Access to the book publication

Hybrid Conference Format: To provide greater flexibility for our participants, the conference will offer both in-person attendance at the venue and virtual participation through a dedicated online platform. Participants are requested to indicate their preferred attendance method for presenting their work during the registration process.

Note 1: All presenters and authors of invited papers, regularly submitted papers and posters, invited session organizers, Tutorial instructors, Program Chairs, Program Board members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations will receive this discounted registration fee.
All others (unless a student) please consider “Regular fee” amount.

** To qualify for the student discount, you must submit an official letter (in English) from your University or School. The letter must be signed and stamped and should confirm your current student status. When submitting your registration form or payment, please send a scanned copy of the letter to: admin@asdmhub.org

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Administration at: registration@asdmhub.org

For written cancellations received on or before 1 June 2026, 90% of all registration costs will be refunded. 50% of the registration cost will be refunded if a written cancellation is received between 1 June – 1 August 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 1 June 2026. All refunds are subject to $50 standard card processing fees.
